Managing Your Time Effectively
Have you ever noticed that the first thing you do when you get home from work often becomes what you do for the rest of the evening? Like watching Netflix?
You can more effectively manage your evening time if you have a “getting-home-routine”. Like changing into gym clothes, having a light snack or heading back out for a workout.
Or, if none of the above appeal to you, your "getting-home-routine" could be getting into your pyjamas and reading a book in bed until you fall asleep. Dinner? Who needs dinner?
