Right After Miscarriage: how Should you Take Care of yourself ?

If you’ve suffered a miscarriage, you’re not alone. 10-20% of pregnancies end in a miscarriage. The percentage goes higher to 30-50% when you consider women who were not aware that they were pregnant. It is important to take care of yourself after a miscarriage: measure your temperature every evening as a fever would be one of the first symptoms of infection, wear pads instead of tampons, and avoid having sex until the bleeding has stopped.
