Many of us women lead an over-extended life now - balancing work and home could lead to situation where yo get angry quickly or snap at the people around you. A good way to calm down is to try this meditation trick: focus on something in front of you that is at eye level. While you are intently focusing, try to notice things in the background - furniture, books, cushions. Keep at it for two minutes and this should help you feel more calm.
