When Breastfeeding Your First Baby

By Nabta Team
If you’re having your first baby, make sure you’re prepared for breastfeeding ahead of time. The time after giving birth you’re going to be exhausted and in pain and learning to breastfeed is an uphill task. For new moms, a good time frame for breastfeeding is to feed your baby 8-12 times a day which is good to increase your milk production. However, instead of sticking to a nursing schedule look for the signs of hunger as mentioned in our previous post since crying is a late sign of hunger.
