Cervical Cancer Symptoms

By Nabta Team
Even though precancerous stage of cervical cancer is screened for, it doesn’t present with any symptoms most of which occur during the early-stage or advanced stages of cervical cancer. The symptoms are most commonly related to abnormal bleeding: in the form of bleeding in between periods, heavier than usual menstrual bleeding, and vaginal bleeding after sex, is a common presentation of cervical cancer. Some other symptoms include pain during sex, increased vaginal discharge, and persistent back pain. As these symptoms overlap with other common gynecological disorders, it is important to be screened for cervical cancer on a regular basis
