If you are breastfeeding your baby, iron-rich food sources become even more important, as the iron in breast milk alone will not meet your baby’s everyday needs. Introduce iron-fortified whole grain cereals, pureed beef, pureed beans, and iron-rich vegetables as part of the daily diet for your baby.
