Is the Paleo Diet oK for my Toddler?

Paleo followers avoid dairy, beans, grains, sugar, and processed foods and encourage the consumption of meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit. While downgrading sugar and processed foods has its benefits, eliminating grains, legumes, and dairy can set your toddler up for nutritional deficiencies, particularly for zinc, B vitamins, calcium, vitamin D, and fiber.
