Home visits are available to support women during their journey. Many factors can influence a woman’s physical and mental health, and despite being among the most joyful of feelings, giving birth can have serious consequences on a person’s mental health. Home visits aim to support women and their babies in the comfort of their homes and allow them to openly discuss with a nurse their concerns after delivery. During the visit, the nurse will also check on the overall health of the baby and discuss with the mother concerns on feeding & sleep. The home visits will be tailored to each woman’s needs and concerns depending on the patient’s preference
