While menopause is not a direct cause for cancer, the chances of developing breast, cervical or any other form of cancer are higher in older women. We suggest women perform a clinical breast exam and a pap smear as a pre-emptive measure at least once a year. You may seek advice from our practitioner on the most suitable health check for you, based on your family history and underlying health conditions.
