There are many techniques to read about, and we do not just practice one. We use the techniques that work best for you and your baby. This service is fulfilled in partnership with Manzil Health.

We want you to succeed on your journey of parenthood. Whether you are pregnant, a new mum or an experienced mum facing a road bump, we are here for you. The infant sleep consultations include assessments and questions, to help you decide as a parent, what method would suit you best. It is then our consultant’s job to help you learn to read the signs and create a routine that both you and your partner can stick to and help your little infant(and yourselves) get some well-deserved sleep.
We build meaningful relationships with parents and children, ensuring that our nurses match your family in terms of personality and expectations. We make it our agenda to understand your pain areas, and to facilitate an open and transparent relationship with you as parents to help and support you in your mission.
Infant sleep Consultations are provided by certified midwives and Neonatal Specialist Nurses.
