Postpartum Wellness Support

With hormonal and lifestyle changes being often a challenge after baby's arrival don't hesitate to get support with after-baby life adjustments. Make this an easier transition and feel comforted that you are getting the right postpartum support with this package. Strengthen your body, recenter yourself with breathings for a smoother recovery and gain intuitive connection with your newborn.

What's Included

You will learn how to manage your time and your emotional health and be assisted in finding equanimity and balance through Breath-works, Massage, Yoga (with or without Baby), Mindfulness, Nutritional Guidance and NLP/ CBT /EFT Coaching.  

How does it Work?

1. Book a package of 10 sessions x 60 min / (valid 3 months)
2. A personalised 360 postpartum program will be designed with experts

 Select between:

• MOVEMENT sessions with a certified Yoga instructor (with or without baby)
• NUTRITION sessions dedicated to optimum nutritional guidance 
• MENTAL HEALTH sessions of emotional freedom with a mindset coach
• RELAXATION massage for smoother recovery
