Sahara Teen Boyshort Heavy Absorbency period pants feature thin, absorbent layers that extend all the way to the back for maximum protection.
With an absorbency of up to 20ml (equivalent to four pads), your daughter can wear Sahara’s Teen Boyshort with confidence, knowing it can handle her flow for an extended period of time. Size Guide
Choosing the correct size for your Sahara period underwear is key to ensuring comfort and maximum effectiveness. Rather than simply selecting your usual size and hoping it fits correctly, we recommend taking hip and waist measurements. Follow the instructions provided below and check your measurements with our size guide.
For accurate measurements, remove your outer clothing and stand with your feet together. The tape measure should be snug and even, but not too tight.
Hips: Find the fullest part of your hips – this is where you’ll want to measure. Wrap a measuring tape around this area, ensuring it’s straight and snug.
Waist: Your waist is the slimmest part of your torso. Wrap the measuring tape around your waist, again ensuring it’s straight and snug.
If there is a difference between the sizes indicated by your hip and waist measurements, we generally advise choosing the size suggested by your hip measurement.

Instructions for Use
Step 1 – Rinse
After use, rinse your pants until the water runs clear – in the sink, in the shower, it’s up to you!
Step 2 – Machine Wash
Put your rinsed Sahara pants in the washing machine with similar, dark-coloured garments and wash at 30 to 40 degrees. You can use detergents with your Sahara pants but not fabric conditioner, as this can reduce the absorbency of the pants over time.
Sahara pants can also be hand-washed.
Step 3 – Dry
Air dry your Sahara pants outside on the line or indoors in a warm, dry space – it’s up to you.

Sahara was founded by Natalie Hobbs in 2022 so girls and women would always have access to the period products that truly met their needs.

I travelled to meet in person with potential manufacturers, resulting in numerous samples, fittings, and tests. Finally after 6 months, Sahara was ready to be made!
