B2B Sales Representative

Job Summary:

As an Enterprise Health Leader at Nabta Health, you will be responsible for prospecting and adoption of our subscription-based AI-enabled app plus dashboard, as well as licensable content and SDK by companies seeking to optimize their annual medical insurance premium spending for Finance outcomes, while improving general DEI/EE in HR. Territory allocation may vary, initial focus will be Dubai & Sharjah/Northern Emirates, followed by Abu Dhabi. This is an entry-to-mid level individual contributor position with no managerial responsibility over others, but is mission-led, self-driven in an excellent work-life-balanced culture. This is NOT a remote position as it requires field visits to customer premises, but telecommuting virtually is embraced (must physically report to a Jumeirah office currently only 1 D/week).

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
      • Find clients, deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure them
      • Achieve numerical targets to contribute to the company’s monetised growth
  • Decisionmaker Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain relationships with buying-unit (Finance, CEO, Operations, HR, CSR) at prospective subscribers, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions for win-win of new business primed for renewals
      • Engage in discussions and negotiations to accelerate satisfied adoption
  • Business Expansion:
      • Extend the company’s business into new markets, industries, or areas.
  • Workplace Health Advice: Situate company’s solution within overarching health benefit and wellness program implementations, aligning with their business goals, employee needs, and industry best practices as a thought leader and trusted advisor
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their medical insurance-related challenges, and providing guidance and consultation.
  • Program Development and Implementation: Activate the design, development, and execution of comprehensive health programs at companies encompassing physical health, mental health, wellness, and preventive care, ensuring adherence
  • Collaboration and Teaming: Collaborate with internal coworkers, external partners, brokers/insurers, health professionals, and vendors to enhance and expand health offerings, ensuring alignment with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Client Education and Training: Coordinate delivery of educational sessions, workshops, and training programs for client end users to promote health awareness, encourage participation, and empower adoption of healthier lifestyles 
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and industry standards in all client interactions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, desirably in Business Administration or related field 
  • Must have at least 2-5 years’ experience in marketing or selling a medical insurance policy, Accounting/HRMS/SaaS technology, or employee benefit plan specifically to HR, Finance, or C-Levels at large corporate enterprises only. 
  • Preferably exposed to enterprise health management, insurance-technology, wellness programs, or healthcare consulting, but not essential
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
  • Relationships: Network of contacts in the territory. Proficiency in building and maintaining strong client bonds.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful health and wellness strategies within large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of health industry trends, health technologies, and corporate wellness solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in enterprise-selling methodologies and systems including CRM/SFA
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, manage budgets, and drive change within enterprise settings and accelerating procurement cycle time 

Salary: 

Fixed:variable pay mix; annual gross On-Target Earnings AED 125,000- 250,000 with UNCAPPED commission and future eligibility of ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership)
