Is NLP Coaching right for you?

One of the main objectives of people is to manage emotions, control them, own them, and perhaps it is the most difficult thing we can accomplish. If we give free rein to emotions, we will immediately have many images that accompany them and these will be equivalent to the charge of that emotion. This is the reason why, many times when we allow ourselves to be immersed in an emotional state, we see the future difficult or we feel that we continue to carry the past. 

Holography and words of affirmation in our psyche are the most powerful tool that humans use to create their reality. Words have energy, every time we speak, images and sensations are triggered that have to do with the load we give to the word. The holographs are emitted constantly and these depend on the thoughts or the emitted word. We can deceive with words but we cannot deceive ourselves with the force or not of the holographies that we generate since this corresponds to our inner or intimate world, to which only each of us has access.
