Evaluation Session

The program begins with a 90-minute session evaluation session. Understanding what you value most and setting goals that are relevant to you. Take a deep dive into where you want to be.

Your goals may be related to weight, eating better, getting more sleep, breaking unhealthy habits, or increasing your energy.

Goal Coaching Sessions

The remaining 9 sessions are 45 minutes - 1 hour each and will focus on supporting you as you achieve and refine your vision and goals. Your certified coach will be with you to support you every step of the way.

Throughout the entire program, a certified coach will support you through education, experience, the science behind health, nutrition, and goal setting. By the end of this program, you will have crushed some goals that will take you to new levels of health that you may have not thought were obtainable before.
