Dawsat’s program is structured around home-cooked meals and the calculation of the amount of “dawsat” a person needs a day. As an example, an individual with “70-80 ” kilos weight, is recommended 20-22 “dawsat” a day in order to reach a 5-7 weight loss in one month. The program’s success ensures wholesome meals without deprivation proven weight loss results even with the consumption of kunafa and sweets.
