To access the continuous care services, you need to download the NABTA app, complete your account setup, and set your health goal. You can read more about the NABTA app here.

Upon setting your health goal, you will be allocated a personalised care team, who will then begin the process of engaging you on a regular basis to support you with recommended dietary and lifestyle modifications in line with your age, stage and goals.

Yes, there are additional costs associated with the essential medical interventions that form part of the MAXI MicroCare Add-On.

The essential medical interventions that are fully covered as part of the MAXI MicroCare Add-On are as follows:

• Pap smear
• Dilation & Curettage (D&C) for missed or incomplete miscarriage
• Diagnostic Colposcopy

For these interventions, you will be required to pay the following sums in addition to your MAXI MicroCare Add-On:

• Laprascopic Cystectomy (ovarian cyst removal) – AED 4,995
• Hysteroscopy / Polypectomy (polyp removal) – AED 995
• Open Myomectomy (fibroid removal) – AED 5,995
• Laprascopic Myomectomy (fibroid removal) – AED 4,995
• Fibroid embolization – AED 7,995

As well as the procedures themselves, all essential medical interventions include:

• An initial consultation and walk-through with the NABTA team
• A pre-op consultation with the surgeon
• A pre-op consultation with the anesthesiologist
• A tour of the clinical facilities, including the operating theatre and inpatient facilities
• A post-op consultation with the surgeon
• Post-op scar massage and recovery support with the NABTA team

All additional sums are payable in up to 4 installments through tabby.

In case you already have a NABTA subscription, or one of the MicroCare add-ons that doesn’t include essential medical interventions (MINI, MIDI), all interventions are available to purchase separately as well.

You can upgrade your women’s health add-ons at any time. As each add-on is annual, the fees associated with upgrading will be pro rated against the date of your original purchase.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the women’s health add-ons and how they are structured, you cannot downgrade an add-on once you have used any of the services associated with the add-ons. This includes registering a NABTA account.

You CAN request a full refund if you have not registered a NABTA account or utilised any of the services associated with the women’s health add-on in the first 30 days. After 30 days have elapsed, you will not be able to claim a refund.
